The newly renamed Classical Recordings Quarterly (formerly Classic Record Collector) is a unique publication which is run by knowledgeable classical record enthusiasts in order to serve those who share our passions and interests. We publish articles on great artists of the past; histories of record companies and labels; tales of rare recordings; interviews with famous producers and engineers, and much else. We provide news of industry developments and company news worldwide. Our review section focuses largely on retrospective material, and includes LP and 78rpm reissues, but we now also review new CD and DVD issues of particular specialist interest. We are also turning attention to the growing download market, with reviews and information on websites and available repertoire. Classical Recordings Quarterly is published four times per year. Summer 2010 issue — published late June 2010.
